Subject: Draft TMC Agenda for Dec. 13-14

Good morning,

Attached is the draft agenda for the Dec. 13-14 TMC meeting in
Weaverville (starting at 10:00 a.m. at the County Library).  I
originally tried to fit all of the items into one day.  The few comments
that I received on the original draft agenda expressed concern that we
would not have adequate discussion time for several major topics, so
I've expanded it to include Wednesday morning.  

The draft minutes from the September meeting are also attached (thanks
to Josh and Tom).
