[env-trinity] Junction City Weir Fish Count

Looks like brown trout, a non-native species in a different genus than
Pacific salmonids, are off to a great start this year.

Attached is the first trapping summary for our Junction City weir.  Trapping
summaries for Willow Creek weir and Trinity River Hatchery will be added in
late August and early September, respectively.
