[env-trinity] New member of Trinity River Restoration Program

I'm pleased to announce the addition of a new member of the TRRP team.
Lucy Anderson joined the program yesterday at 2:49 p.m. She is 21 inches
long, 7 lb, 4 oz. Both Mom and Dad are doing well.

Please join me in congratulating the Anderson family on their new
addition. Best wishes to all.

Perhaps she'll be able to help us finish the IAP when she gets older.
