[env-trinity] FW: EPA Issues Toxic Algae Warning for Warren

  Dear whom ever it may concern,
    I am a high school student and am doing a project on dams. I have read your article on the Toxic Algae. In the reading I understood that by removing the dam it will eliminate the algae! But what is the possibility of the algae growing on the left over pieces of the dam at the bottom of the river?
