[env-trinity] Trinity county e-mail is down

Folks,

The county's computer center's air conditioning has broken down, so some of the county servers have been shut down until further notice.

So, if you are trying to contact a county employee at a trinitycounty.org address, you should call instead.  E-mail may not be successful.
