Paging all Shasta area river enthusiasts,  Dr. Silvaggio, lecturer at Humboldt State University, 
is looking for a few good boaters to help protect the Wintu Winnemem War Dance for Safe Coming of Age ceremony June 29th-July 3rd by providing 
boater education and by being legal observers when interacting with
