[env-trinity] Trinity River Trapping Summary Update

Hi All,
Attached is the Trinity River trapping summary update for Jweek 44. Note that we trapped more Chinook so far this season at the Willow Creek Weir than any other season total since 2001.  The season total for 2001 was 2,931 Chinook.
