[env-trinity] Trinity Mgmt Council letter on Support of Klamath Basin Fall Flows Augmentation

It looks like another year when Trinity River water will be needed for the Lower Klamath River See attached letter.

I understand that the Pacific Fisheries Management Council may have sent a similar letter.  If somebody has it, please send it.

Similar flows were released from Trinity and Lewiston Dams in 2003, 2004 and 2012 to successfully prevent a repeat of the 2002 fish kill in the Lower Klamath River.
