[env-trinity] DWR Response to Coalition Letter (1/13/14) re: Trinity Restoration issues

Dear Trinity River Restoration Colleagues....
 
Attached is the response, for your information and so we all have a  
complete record, of the CA Department of Water Resources' (DWR) recent response  
to the Coalition letter of January 23, 2014, in which we and other groups  
expressed criticism of some of the current mainstem Trinity restoration  
efforts.  
 
It is generally a healthy debate, and will hopefully assure a better  
restoration program -- a goal we all share.  Looking at these  complex issues 
from all sides can only help in that understanding and  achieving that 
underlying goal.
