[env-trinity] CDFW Trinity River trapping summary through Julian week 31

Greetings!
Attached please find the TRP trapping summary through JW 31 (Aug 5).

There were ZERO trapping days this week due to the Carr Fire. With sustained high flows, evacuation orders, and road and office closures, the Junction City weir was not functional during this past week. We are hoping to rebuild it and resume trapping soon.
