hearing will review the scientific understanding of the ongoing fisheries
decline. In addition, the hearing will examine how state and federal agencies
intend to resolve this crisis, meet legal obligations to protect species listed
under the Endangered Species Act, and provide water in a sustainable manner.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
