conference, being held at the Sheraton in Downtown LA on November 14 and

jointly by water agencies and environmental organizations, and features panels
on a variety of issues. While the theme of this year’s event is adaptation
to Climate Change, IRWMPs are the theme of several panels. This is a
chance to interact with water agencies about our common and potentially
conflicting goals for these plans. </SPAN></FONT></P>
