Agricultural diversions on coastal rivers, declining water quality in the <st1:City
w:st="on">Sacramento</st1:City>, San Joaquin, American, Feather and other <st1:place
w:st="on">Central Valley</st1:place> rivers and massive water exports from the
California Delta by the state and federal governments are problems that need to
be immediately addressed to solve the salmon crisis.</span></font></span><o:p></o:p></p>
