like to take this opportunity to let my friends and colleagues know that after
32 years of working for the Fish & Wildlife Service, I will retire on

difficult to express my appreciation for the opportunities Išve been given: the
chance to work as a biologist at Malheur, Nisqually, and Stillwater National
Wildlife Refuges; as a Refuge Manager at Laguna Atascosa in South Texas; and in
DC, Atlanta and CNO/Region 8. Throughout my career, Išve worked with people I
respect and admire both within and outside of the Service and value deeply
the importance of working together to protect wildlife and conserve our natural
resources.<o:p></o:p></span></font></b></p>
