Please note that item 4 on page 4 states as follows:<BR>

"The Section on Trinity River Mainstream Fishery Restoration Program (TRRP) describes an<BR>
<BR>
adjustment to flow allocation occurring, based on revisions to the forecasts that occur<BR>
<BR>
subsequent to the April 1 forecast. This is inconsistent with the ROD for Trinity and the<BR>
<BR>
TRRP. This must be corrected and the modeling assumptions must reflect what is used in the<BR>
<BR>
Trinity ROD."<BR>
