is declining, but this article distorts the truth about the causes and fails to
recognize the governor's commitment to finding a solution.

contributed to the fishery decline ignores the complexity of the

purchases made under the Environmental Water Account were according to law and
rules established in the CALFED Record of Decision. Operation of the account was

purchase price compensated users for the costs of storing this water,
maintaining the water bank facilities, and extracting the

style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'">The water
bond proposed by Gov. Schwarzenegger and Sen. Dianne Feinstein will increase
water reliability and conservation, reduce shortages and restore the Delta.
