maintenance practices; erosion control and erosion prevention practices, and
spoils management. Throughout the course we will emphasize the concepts of
making our road systems as “hydrologically invisible” and as
resilient to storm events as possible. We will also focus on educating
participants about how best to address the root causes of observed erosion
