<span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:large">The Final Environmental
Assessment/Initial Study (EA/IS) for the Bucktail (River Mile 105.3-106.4) and Lower Junction City (River Mile
78.8-79.8) Trinity River Channel Rehabilitation sites, including
response to comment, is now available. </span><br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font size="4" face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><br></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font size="4" face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The Trinity River Restoration Program
(TRRP), with federal co-lead agencies, the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and the
U.S. Bureau of Land Management, and with the California State lead agency, the
North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board, have completed the Final Project
EA/IS that meets all National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), requirements. The document is located

     Bucktail channel rehabilitation project will not move the present boat
     ramp downstream of the Bucktail Bridge and will remove this design element
     from the project</span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:large;line-height:150%">The TRRP’s
     intent is to implement the Bucktail channel rehabilitation project in
     coordination with construction of a new Bucktail Bridge. The Bucktail
     channel rehabilitation project is currently being redesigned to address
     external public concerns and 
     internal design team technical recommendations</span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:large;line-height:150%">Once
     the Bucktail project is re-designed and analyzed, supplementary
     environmental review documents would be developed and circulated for
