<div style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Times" class="">members of Congress look to funnel federal dollars to two projects in particular: Temperance Flat on</div>

<div style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Times" class="">the San Joaquin River gorge and Sites Reservoir on Antelope Creek, alongside the Sacramento River.</div>
