ECO Resources Group possesses unique and specialized knowledge, skills, and direct working experience with the development of Klamath Project Operations December 2012 Biological Assessment leading to the issuance of the 2013 joint Biological Opinion, and in previous Klamath Project operations Section 7 consultation.
