[Yolobus Public Announcement] Temporary West Capitol and Harbor stop relocation

Effective Monday October 13, 2003, the shelter at West Capitol and
Harbor in West Sacramento will be temporarily closed due to road
construction.  The bus stop will be relocated as close to the east of
the construction area as is safe for passenger loading and unloading.
Routes affected by this change are the 42B and the 40.  Thank you for
your patience during this temporary displacement.
