[Yolobus Public Announcement] Northbound I-5 delays this afternoon

Response to an overturned cement truck has I-5 northbound north of Del
Paso Blvd. blocked.  Until the accident scene is cleared and traffic
returns to normal, delays can be expected on the Route 42B.
