Effective today Regional Transit has consolidated it's customer service
facilities to 1229 R Street which will be open 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
weekdays and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturdays.  This means the K Street
Mall and 29th Street outlets will no longer be available as full service
centers. 

 

To assist our riders in the purchase of their February Yolobus only and
Express stickers, a YCTD Customer Service Representative will be at County
Fair Mall in Woodland, outside Gottschalk's Saturday January 28 from 1:00
p.m. to 3:00 p.m. selling the Yolobus only and Express stickers.

 

Please let us know if RT's closure of its downtown outlet has adversally
affected your ability to conveniently purchase your Yolobus only and/or RT
fare media.
