YOLOBUS Riders:

 
The Sacramento Area Council of Governments, the metropolitan planning agency
for six counties, has organized two workshops in Yolo County to develop the
2030 Metropolitan Transportation Plan.  Why is this important to you?  It
establishes a 25 year transportation program, including what transportation
improvements should be funded and take place over that period.  If you are
interested in the quality of air that you breathe, traffic congestion
issues, would like to see bus rapid transit, streetcars, light rail, or
other modes pursued, would like to see more emphasis on goods movement, then
you are encouraged to attend the workshops.  Please read the attached
brochure and confirm your attendance if you plan to go. If you do not
