[Yolobus Public Announcement] Reroute PSA for Routes: 42A, 42B, 40, and 240

YOLOBUS PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
 Reroutes, Detours and Potential Traffic Congestion | Weekly Update
Saturday October 6th and Sunday October 7th, 2018



Reroute | Downtown Sacramento Century Challenge



On Saturday, October 6, 2018, from 5:00am till 8:00 PM, Capitol Mall (between 8th and 9th) will be closed due to the Sacramento Century Event. Due to these closures, YolobusRoutes: 40, 240, 42A/42B will be rerouted during the specified times. Yolobus will resume normal service after 8:00 pm on Saturday, October 6th 2018.



The affected bus routes include:

  *   Route 40 - West Sacramento
  *   Route 240 - West Sacramento
  *   Route 42A/42B - Intercity

The following bus stops will be closed during the event:

  *   9th St. at L St.
  *   Capitol Mall at 7th (Closed only for the 42 A/B)

Reroute | Downtown Sacramento JDRF One Walk



On Sunday, October 7th, 2018, from 7:00am till 4:00 PM, Capitol Mall between Front and 9th will be closed due to the JDRF One Walk. Due to this closure, Yolobus Routes: 40, 240, 42A/42B will be rerouted during the specified times. Yolobus will resume normal services after 4:00 pm.



The affected bus routes include:

  *   Route 40 - West Sacramento
  *   Route 240 - West Sacramento
  *   Route 42A/42B - Intercity

The following bus stops will be closed during the event:

  *   Tower Bridge Gtwy at 5th St. (EB/WB)
  *   Capitol Mall at Front St. (EB/WB)
  *   N St. at 7th St.
  *   9th St. at L St.
  *   Capitol Mall at 7th St.
  *   5th St. at Capitol Mall

Temporary bus stops include (for Route 40 and 240):

  1.  J St. at 8th
