YOLOBUS PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT





New Year’s Eve

Tuesday, December 31st 2019



On Tuesday, December 31st 2019, between 4:00 pm and 11:00pm, the Tower Bridge in Sacramento will be closed for the New Year’s Eve Celebrations and Fireworks. Due to this closure, all Yolobus routes going through the Tower Bridge and Downtown Sacramento at the specified time will be rerouted. It includes the following routes: 39 PM, 40, 41, 42A, 42B, 240 & 241 PM. Please refer to the maps for the routes and bus stops’ changes.



Routes affected by the Closure:

  *   39 PM ( Southport Commute)
  *   40 (West Sacramento Local)
  *   240 (West Sacramento Shuttle)
  *   241 PM (West Sacramento Commute)
  *   42A (Intercity Clockwise)
  *   42B (Intercity Counter-Clockwise



Bus Stops Closed:



West Sacramento

  *   Tower Bridge Gateway and Raley Field



Downtown Sacramento

  *   Capitol Mall at Front (EB/WB)
  *   5th at Capitol Mall ( 241 PM ONLY)


 39 PM will experience minor detours and delays but No Bus Stop Closures
