YOLOBUS PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

Downtown Sacramento - Sacramento Century Challenge

October 5th, 2019

Reroute | Downtown Sacramento Century Challenge

On Saturday, October 5th, 2019, from 6:00 am till 10:00 pm, Capitol Mall between 8th and 9th Streets will be closed due to the Sacramento Century Event. Due to these closures, Yolobus Routes: 40, 240, 42A/42B will be rerouted during the specified times. Yolobus will resume normal service after 10:00 pm on Saturday, October 5th, 2019.

The affected bus routes include:

  *   Route 40 – West Sacramento
  *   Route 240 – West Sacramento
  *   Route 42A/42B - Intercity

The following bus stops will be closed during the event:

  *   9th St. at L St.
  *   Capitol Mall at 7th (Closed only for the 42 A/B)

Reroute | Downtown Sacramento JDRF One Walk & Urban Cow Marathon


On Sunday, October 6th, 2019, from 7:00am till 4:00 PM, Capitol Mall and Tower Bridge will be closed due to the JDRF One Walk and Urban Cow Marathon. Due to this closure, Yolobus Routes: 40, 240, 42A/42B will be rerouted during the specified times. Yolobus will resume normal services after 4:00 pm.

The affected bus routes include:

  *   Route 40 – West Sacramento
  *   Route 240 – West Sacramento
  *   Route 42A/42B - Intercity

The following bus stops will be closed during the event:

  *   Tower Bridge Gtwy at Raley Field. (EB/WB)
  *   Capitol Mall at Front St. (EB/WB)
  *   N St. at 7th St.
  *   9th St. at L St.
  *   Capitol Mall at 7th St.
  *   5th St. at Capitol Mall

Temporary bus stops include (for Route 40 and 240):

  *   J St. at 8th
