[Yolobus Public Announcement] Yolobus Experiencing Technical Difficulties

Early on September 17, 2020, the Yolo County Transportation District began experiencing significant technical challenges with its servers.

A majority of operational systems have been impacted, and we are working towards correcting the known issues, but do not have a set timeframe for completion of the corrections.

Fixed-route service will continue as scheduled, though vehicle location and predictive arrival systems will not be functioning.

Further, all paratransit reservations systems and records are currently inaccessible, so we ask that all our customers that utilize the Yolobus Special service and have standing reservations, or upcoming reservations, please call us at 530-666-2877 and speak with a customer service representative to confirm and/or reschedule your trip.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and ask for your continued patience as we address the issues.
