Street</st1:address></st1:Street> and <st1:Street><st1:address>3<sup>rd</sup>
Street</st1:address></st1:Street> (south of Capitol Mall) will no longer be
served by these routes.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>We are
doing this because surveys of express riders showed a 2 to 1 preference to
going back to using the <st1:place><st1:PlaceType>Tower</st1:PlaceType> <st1:PlaceType>Bridge</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>.<o:p></o:p></p>
