previously announced, YOLOBUS will provide free rides to all
passengers on announced "Spare The Air" days.</STRONG></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>Tomorrow, Tuesday, August 31 is a Spare The Air Day
in the Sacramento region. </FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>Ground-level ozone air
pollution is forecast to reach 140 AQI - Unhealthy for </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>Sensitive Groups (Spare The Air trigger is 127 AQI
& above).</FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>A Spare The Air advisory is being
issued for tomorrow due to strong high </FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>pressure
over northern California that is creating hot surface temperatures, light
</FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>winds, and a strong temperature inversion,
trapping pollution in the Sacramento </FONT><FONT face=Arial
size=2>region.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>The Spare The Air program is urging motorists to
reduce driving and take </FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>their lunches to work
instead of driving out to eat. Homeowners are asked </FONT><FONT face=Arial
size=2>to avoid the use of gas-powered yard tools. Everyone is urged to carpool
</FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>to sports and recreation activities and postpone
errands that can wait. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>If traveling within Yolo County, remember that Yolo
Bus and UNITRANS </FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>are free on Spare The Air days!
