[1st-mile-nm] Wireless internet in ABQ

Lobo Internet has coverage city-wide, in Rio 
Rancho, in the east mountains, and in Moriarty 
and Estancia, I believe.  They have been around 
since the mid 90s and have a fairly extensive tower network.
