[Dhsbb-jazz] 2010 Band Trip Reservation DUE

Hello Band Families,
 
The Band Booster Trip Committee has been excitedly working on plans for our 2010 Band Trip to Anaheim.  A letter printed on blue paper announcing our trip was sent home with your student earlier this week.  Attached is a copy of that letter describing dates and initial details of the trip.  
 
We are requesting that each family RETURN the form to the Band Booster PO BOX  by Friday 11/13/09 to let us know if your child is/is not participating in the trip.  Katie Horn, our Trip Coordinator needs an accurate head count to make appropriate hotel and bus reservations at this time.  Any questions, please contact Katie Horn at 758-2528
