Greetings band parents,

Anyone who is interested in what is happening for Coconut Grove (happening on Saturday, March 12th) is welcome to join us at our Coconut Grove Lead Meeting, on Thursday February 10th, 7:30pm in Emersons MPR room.  We will be discussing the progression of the planning and would like to invite any parents that would like to find out what is happening or even get involved, which is not a pre-requisite; just in case you do want to get involved, we have adult volunteer openings for bakers, cooks, general set-up, load-in and out, break-down, kitchen and many other interest positions.  Please join me and our leads, the folks in charge of the various Coconut Grove activities and planning, as we will be discussing each aspect of this very large and worthy event.
