[Dhsbb-jazz] IMPORTANT Reno Jazz Fest question

Hi Jazz Families,
The Reno Jazz Festival is just about a week away, and Phil Bachand has  
asked if I could secure some rooms for our group in Reno.  We need to know  
ASAP who would like a room for Friday night and which parents will be  coming.  
(Since it is so close, payment needs to be made  immediately).
 
The official hotel for the jazz festival is Circus Circus and offers room  
rates of $105/night (which is really good for a large casino hotel).  It is  
about a 15 minute walk to University of Nevada campus where the festival is 
 held.
 
Tom hopes to have carpool groups leave DHS after school on Friday.   Below 
is our actual commitments for the festival:
 
Performance Date: Saturday, April 25, 2015

Warm-Up Time:   10:15 AM

Performance Time:  10:45 AM

Feedback Time:   11:15 AM
 
PLEASE decide now, if you plan to stay for Friday night and would like a  
room in our group reservation.  I will collect payment tomorrow night at  the 
Jazz Concert so bring checkbooks!  If we don't get enough responses to  
make the call by tomorrow, then we will just let folks make their own  
reservations and plans.
 
SO please respond to this email ASAP with the following  info:

1. Yes/No my student will be leaving with the group after school on Friday  
4/24 and needs a room for Friday night
2.  I will/will not be coming to the event and can be listed as a  chaperone
3.  I can carpool a group up on Friday and/or back on Saturday after  the 
event.  (# of students that you can drive)  
4.  If yes to #2 or #3, please indicate the number of rooms you  personally 
 would like for the group reservation (aside from the room your  student is 
in with 3 other jazz band kids)
 
Please plan to find me at the Jazz Concert tomorrow to pay for  the rooms.  
Again,  if I don't have a good feeling of the  number of kids going up on 
Friday by tomorrow, we won't be able to secure a  group reservation but you 
will be able to still attend the festival and get  a room for your family on 
your own should you want that.
