[env-trinity] Byron Leydecker has passed away

All,

It is with great sadness that I report to you that Byron Leydecker passed away this morning.  He died in comfort with his family.

He was a giant of a man and certainly left his mark on the Trinity River Restoration Program as well as several of us personally.

Byron led life to the fullest and had no regrets.

More will be forthcoming from Byron's family.
