Subject: [env-trinity] Coalition letter on Trinity River Lower Junction City and Bucktail Projects

Attached is a letter that was sent today to the Trinity River Restoration Program and North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board on the latest environmental document for Trinity River mainstem work.

As you can see, it's from a broad coalition of individuals, organizations and businesses. We believe that it's time for the Trinity River Restoration Program to get to take a break on the mainstem work until it's shown that there is a significant benefit. There is still plenty of work to be done replacing the Bucktail Bridge and working in the watersheds.
