Downtown Sacramento - Capitol Beer Fest

Reroute | Capitol Beer Fest

UPDATE (2). The Yolo County Transportation District received additional details about the 5th Street ESC Construction Project, and was informed that 5th St. in Downtown Sacramento will not be closed this weekend. All reroutes related to the 5th St. Closure are now put on hold until Monday, March 9th 2015. More information will be provided.

However, reroutes will still be in effect for the Capitol Beer Fest event.

On Sunday, March 8th 2015, from 7:00 am till 7:00 pm, Capitol Mall (between 3rd and 7th St.) will be closed due to the 5th annual Capitol Beer Fest event.

Due to the closure, Yolobus Routes in Downtown Sacramento will be rerouted from 7:00 am till 7:00 pm on Sunday, March 8th 2015. The affected bus routes include:


*         Route 42A/42B - Intercity

*         Route 40 - West Sacramento Local

*         Route 240 - West Sacramento Shuttle

The following bus stops will not be served:


*         5th St. at Capitol Mall

*         J St. at 6th (Route 42B and Route 240 will not serve this bus stop)

*         J St. at 8th (Route 42B and Route 240 will not serve this bus stop)
