Reroute & Detours| Weekly Update
Tuesday, May 26th 2015
Reroute | Walk Now for Autism Speaks
On Sunday, May 31st 2015, Capitol Mall and the Tower Bridge will be closed for the Walk Now for Autism Speaks walk event.
Due to the closures, Yolobus Routes traveling through Downtown Sacramento will be rerouted from 10:00 am till 1:00 pm on Sunday, May 31st 2015. Yolobus will resume normal service after 1:00 pm. The affected bus routes include:
* Route 42A/42B - Intercity
* Route 40 - West Sacramento Local
* Route 240 - West Sacramento Shuttle
The following bus stops will not be served from 10:00 am till 1:00 pm on Sunday, April 12th 2015:
* 5th St at G St. (Northbound and Southbound)
* 3rd St at G St. (Northbound and Southbound)
* Tower Bridge Gateway & Raley Field (Eastbound and Westbound)
* W. Capitol Ave & Hotel
* N St. at 4th
* N St. at 7th
* 9th St. at L
* 5th St. at Capitol Mall
* Capitol Mall at 7th
* Capitol Mall at 3rd
* Capitol Mall at Front (Eastbound and Westbound)
Please board Routes 40/240 buses at the J St. at 8th bus stop and Routes 42A/B at the L St. at 13th bus stops.

Bus Stop Partial Closure | 9th St. & L St. (for Express/Commute Routes Only)
The 9th St. and L St. bus stop will be partially closed on Tuesday, June 2nd 2015 for the We Care for CA Event. PM Express/Commute Routes will not serve this bus stop. Please board all outbound buses at the Capitol Mall 7th bus stop.
Route 42A/B will not be affected and the 10th at N St. bus stop will remain open.
The affected bus routes include:
* Route 39 | Southport Commute
* Route 43 | Davis Express
* Route 44 | Davis Express
* Route 45 | Woodland Express
* Route 230 | Davis Express
* Route 231 | Davis Express
* Route 232 | Davis Express
Updated | Update on 5th St. Entertainment & Sports Complex in Downtown Sacramento
All reroutes related to the 5th St. Closure in Downtown Sacramento for the Entertainment and Sports Complex will be in effect until Thursday, May 28th 2015. Yolobus Routes 42B and 240 will resume normal service that same day at 6:00 am.
The reroutes will be in place on weeknights (through Thursday morning) from 7:00 pm till 5:00 am the next day.
The affect bus routes include:
* Route 42B - Intercity
* Route 240 - West Sacramento Shuttle
The following bus stops will not be served by the affected routes until further notice:
* J St. at 6th
* J St. at 8th
Please board Yolobus buses at the Capitol Mall at 7th bus stop.

Updated | City of Woodland's Main St. Closure & Farmers Market
Yolobus Routes 215, 45 PM, and 242 PM have resumed normal service on Monday, May 11th 2015. However, due to sidewalk constructions near the new Courthouse, the Westbound Main St. at 5th bus stop will be temporarily relocated a few feet west of the actual stop and a temporary bus stop sign will be installed.
Beginning Saturday, May 16th 2015, Route 215 will be rerouted from 7:00 am till 1:00 pm for the weekly Woodland's Farmers Market on Main St. and the following bus stops will not be served during that time frame:
* Main St. at 5th
* Main St. at Elm
Please board Route 215 buses at Court St. at 2nd. The same reroute and detour will occur every Saturdays thru October.

Repost | Downtown Sacramento & West Sacramento's Farmers Markets
Starting Thursday, May 7th 2015 until Thursday, September 24th 2015, Capitol Mall in Downtown Sacramento will be partially closed for the weekly Farmers Market.
Due to the closure, Yolobus Routes going through Capitol Mall will be rerouted every Thursday from 09:00 AM until 02:00 PM. The following routes will affected by the closure:
* Route 42A/42B - Intercity
* Route 40/41 - West Sacramento Local
* Route 240 - West Sacramento Shuttle
The following bus stop will be partially closed:
* 5th St. at Capitol Mall
o Route 42A (Closed)
o Route 42B (Drop-Off Only)
o Route 40/41 (Closed)
o Route 240 (Closed for Outbound buses)
Moreover, starting Thursday, May 7th 2015 until Thursday, September 24th 2015, West Capitol Ave. in West Sacramento will also be closed for the weekly West Sacramento Farmers Market.
Due to the closure, Yolobus Routes going through West Capitol Ave. will be rerouted every Thursday from 02:00 PM until 09:00 PM. The routes affected by the closure include:
* Route 42A/42B - Intercity
* Route 35 - Southport Local
* Route 40/41 - West Sacramento Local
* Route 240 - West Sacramento Shuttle
* Route 241 - West Sacramento Commute
The following bus stops will be closed:
* West Capitol Ave. and Jefferson (Westbound and Eastbound)
* West Capitol Ave. and Merkley
* Westacre Rd. and West Capitol Ave.
A temporary bus stop on West Capitol at Merkley, across the street from the Transit Center, will be opened during the reroute times for eastbound trips into Downtown Sacramento.
