 Music lovers put this on your calendar of events not to be missed.  The Davis High School Symphonic Band presents its annual November concert on Monday evening, November 16, at 7:30 p.m. in the Richard Brunelle Theater at Davis High School.  This concert, entitled "From The Other Side Of The World," presents music from or about other countries.  The program will include some traditional favorites including, "Suite Francais" by Darius Milhaud, "Valdres Norwegian March" by Johannes Hanssen, and "March of the Belgian Paratroopers" by Pietr Leemans, and some new works including "Fantasy On A japanese Folk Song" and "Arabesque" both by Samuel Hazo and "Klezmer Classics" bu Johan de Meij.  The program will conclude with the exciting "Armenian Dances" by Alfred Reed.  


A suggested donation of $8.00 General and $6.00 Student and Senior will be asked at the door.
