-Pursuing Victory With Honor - Respect - Treat all people with respect at all times and require the same of your friends. Live and play with class; be a good sport. Be gracious in victory and accept defeat with dignity. Compliment extraordinary performance and show sincere respect in pre-and post-game rituals. Don't engage in disrespectful conduct of any sort, including profanity, obscene gestures, offensive remarks of a sexual nature, trash-talking, taunting, boastful celebrations or other actions that demean individuals or the sport. Treat game officials with respect. Don't complain or argue about calls or decisions during or after an athletic event.

-Unsportsmanlike conduct and other questionable behavior will result in ID confiscation for first offense. The second offense will result in the student being asked to leave the game or dance as well as in the case of major infractions.
Failure to respond appropriately to an adult request: First offense will result in the student being escorted from the game or dance and may face other school consequences including suspension.

-Participation in student activities is a privilege, is encouraged, and plays an important part in insuring that students have a well-rounded high school experience. Please don't earn a spot on the No Activities List by failing to follow DHS rules and expectations for behavior and attendance. Placement on the NAL would prevent you from participating in fun activities such as break-the record night, the black-light dance, and even playing on an athletic team. Follow guidelines that are designed to help you be successful. Don't go NAL!!
