Working on a classes schedule for April/May
Three tools classes (including drop-in), video, what to do when you're hacked (a panel being put together by Teri. DCN tools intro.
Celebrate Davis 2013, on May 16 (Sheila, group)
We discussed whether or not we want to do it, and what a theme might be.
Lots of folks have conflicts, but at least 3 seem available. Demo for the new calendar could be a good topic.
We'll put out a call to the full board, and make the decision in the exec comm in the next couple of weeks.
Board Recruitment
Anne noted the need for a continually refreshing board, which means continual recruitment. Perhaps we could begin work on a list?
Anne suggested a solicitation letter to tools users (RAC list).
We could also ask people like city council and school board people (highly connected, but possibly too busy themselves) for suggestions.

Steve reported on the new demo for the calendar facility. Also, the election night went well.
