Class preparations, committee reports, summer meeting planning
Bill called the meeting to order at 5:20pm. This was a short meeting held before an evening class.

Approved by consensus
Since there was no quorum in May, there were no minutes.
New Business
We reviewed preparations for the "I've been hacked" class.
Committee Reports
Jan reported that the RAC had approved a couple of new groups:
- Senior Citizens of Davis,
- Math edu group
Board meeting schedule for summer
We don't have a room for July; in the absence of urgent business, we'll skip that meeting.
