Yolo Area Regional Network
Yolo Area Regional Network (YARN) is dedicated to the development of public telecommunications access, systems and services for the benefit and betterment of this region's social, cultural, economic, political and environmental future. Initiated in 1996, as a project of the Davis Community Network (DCN), YARN has brought together a diverse partnership of county and local governments, university and schools, public service organizations and business groups.
