Effective E-mail Communication

E-Mail is now the nation's most commonly used form of written communication. But very few of us have ever been taught how to effectively use and write e-mail.

This class will briefly cover:

1. when e-mail is the appropriate medium for communication;

2. some basics of e-mail etiquette;

3. ideas for how to write effective e-mail subject lines and texts.
