1. Celebrate Davis is Thursday
DCN will have a booth at Celebrate Davis on Thursday, May 17, 4:30-9:00 p.m. Our theme this year will be "What's New at DCN". Come visit us and tell us what's new with you!
2. Spring Class Session Now Completed
Another class session has ended, and we learned a lot about working with digital images, online collaboration, internet security, and much more! Thanks to all of you who attended a class or two, and to our knowledgeable volunteer instructors. We appreciated your patience as we worked out the technical aspects of our fabulous new computer room at DJUSD. We'll be back bigger and better in the Fall, and hope to see you at a class.
3. It's Election Time Again
In terms of traffic, election nights are usually among the busiest hours of the year for DCN. The Yolo Election's Office website is hosted by DCN and DCN volunteers provide the graphics and programming for dynamic maps of results. We will post detailed breakdowns after polls close at 8 pm on Tuesday, June 6th. Go to the Yolo Elections Office website : http://www.yoloelections.org/returns/
4. Help Center and Tutorials Changing Frequently
We are continuing to add to our library of video tutorials and we will also continue to enhance the Help Center for DCN's Nonprofit Internet Toolkit and the Nonprofit Internet Toolkit Guide. Check back often. If there is a topic related to the toolkit you would like to see covered, please let us know.
