YOLOBUS PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Reroutes, Detours and Potential Traffic Congestion | Weekly Update

IMPORTANT: Veterans' Day is a "Non-Express" Holiday. Routes 35, 39, 40, 41, 42A/B, 210, 211, 212, 214, 215, 216, 220, 220C, 240, 241, and 242 will operate as normally schedules. No other routes will be in service.

Reroute | Veteran's Day Parade

On Friday, November 11th 2015, from 6:00 am till 3:30 pm, Capitol Mall in Downtown Sacramento will be closed for the Veterans Day Parade event. Due to this closure, all Yolobus routes going through downtown Sacramento will be rerouted. This includes the following routes:  39(AM), 40, 41, 240, 241, 42A, and 42B. Please refer to the maps for the routes and bus stops' changes.

Bus Stops Closed:

West Sacramento

  *   5th at G St. (Northbound)
  *   3rd at G St. (Southbound)
  *   Tower Bridge Gateway and Raley Field (Eastbound)

Please Board Buses at the West Sacramento Transit Center

Downtown Sacramento

  *   Capitol Mall at Front St. (Eastbound)
  *   Capitol Mall at 7th
  *   Capitol Mall at 3rd
  *   5th at Capitol Mall
  *   5th at N St.
  *   5th at O St.
  *   5th at P St.
  *   N St. at 4th
  *   N St. at 7th
  *   N St. at 14th
  *   8th at N St.
  *   9th at L St.
  *   9th at N St.
  *   9th at O St.
  *   9th at P St.
  *   10th at N St.
  *   L St. at 11th
  *   L  St. at 13th (39AM Only)

Please Board Buses at L St. at 13th St. (42AB only)

Or J St. at 8th St. (40, 41, 240, 241, 39AM)

Reroute | Golden Gate Drive Closure (extended)

>From Wednesday, October 19th through Wednesday, November 16th , Golden Gate Drive between Cooper Island and Half Moon Bay Circle in West Sacramentowill be closed due to construction. Route 35 and Route 39 will be rerouted during these specific times.

Routes affected by the closure:

  *   Route 35
  *   Route 39

Stops that will be closed during the reroute:

  *   Golden Gate & Tortola (SB)
  *   Oakland Bay Dr. at Golden Gate (EB)
     *   This stop will be moved around the corner onto Golden Gate Dr. and Oakland Bay Dr. (SB) - see map below

Please board buses at Southport at Oakland Bay Dr.
