1. Called to order
2. Approved Agenda + Discussion of interim RAC processes (while A. Hance is
away)
3. Reviewed Projects:

3a) Request from The Homeopathic Alternative Presented by Sue Volpi Gelber
Project transpired to be from an individual, not from a ‘group’ and after
discussion with the applicant was withdrawn

3b) Request from SoulCollage AE Central Presented by Sue Volpi Gelber
Project transpired to be from an individual, not from a ‘group’ and after
discussion with the applicant was withdrawn

3c) Request on behalf of Slow Food Yolo Presented by Nicole Starsinic
The applicant did not appear and the request was not considered.

3f) Request from Suicide Prevention of Yolo County Presented by Diane Sommers
The applicant did not appear and the request was not considered.

3g) Review and discussion of Winters Participation Gallery web project status
R.L. discussed situation with the gallery and found there had been
misunderstandings. The RAC resources of one Simple Site, 2 Lists, one
Calendar previously awarded on 8/3/05 are to be withdrawn.

3h) Disk allocation renewal was reviewed for: explorit stckphoto
These allocations were approved for 2006. stckphoto is to be further
discussed

4. Discussions
Richard Y. reported on the fact that Omsoft staff do not always know about RAC
projects and are generally not aware. Elizabeth Sherwin of gizmo@dcn.org
and the Printed Matter site called them about some service and was told they
knew nothing about her account so could not provide any service. Elizabeth
spoke with Rob Nickerson and the issue was resolved.
[Anne’s later comment: this is not an easy issue to resolve but perhaps a
conversation with Rob might reveal a solution to what might be either a small
or large problem of communication between Omsoft and the RAC.]
