7 Members present: Bodenhorn, Brattesani, Chiles, Crumley, Evans,
Hance, Yamagata
0 Members absent:
Visitors: Tsui Chang, Steve McMahon, Erick Lorenz, Lawson H. Snipes Jr., Vernon Grant, Victoria Bourne.

1. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by chair Hance

2. The Agenda was approved with the addition of item 4 d) by consensus on a motion by John Chiles.

3. A brief overview of Simple Site 2.0. was given by Steve McMahon using the projector in the computer station.

4. We reviewed and approved the following project applications:

a) Davis Singers and Pickers

was approved the use of

The shell account will be used by Richard Yamagata who will transfer Flash pages already developed for the project. The Simple Site and Calendar will be used by Victoria as explained in her application.

5. We looked over a Draft of DCN/RAC policies regarding support of political projects to explain denial of the No-on-G Park Tax Application before the meeting. Anne reported that the DCN Board expects to continue the discussion of the issue to develop wording explaining the rationale behind its interpretation of this Corporations Code section.

We Adjourned at 8:10 PM
