1. Called to order at 6:35PM
2. Approved Agenda as distributed
3. We reviewed and approved the following projects:

a) Project Name: USA & Sierra Nevada Swimming

1 Mailman List currently being used as a paid list which will
now be made available free of charge

4. We ratified the following request that was approved between meetings:

5. General Discussion/Announcements
a. We briefly reviewed a printout of Mailman lists to note those which have not been used for an extended period. The WebTeam chair has been contacting them to ask if the 'owners' wish to continue using them. The RAC did not recognize any for which it had helpful information but Tsui noticed a couple that she recognised.
b. Richard Lowenberg spoke about DCN's Elections project in which we partner with DCTV and also provide free DCN Calendars and links to candidate and other election related web sites.
c. It was noted that there are some dead links on the DCN members' web-links page and that there are also some stagnant sites that contain material of ongoing interest. Perhaps a subcommittee might be interested in reviewing this situation and making recommendations to the Board or the Web Team?
